Design days for new and returning clients

Cross a month’s worth of design jobs off your list in a day.

Half day £500 · full day £900

A Design Day is exactly what it sounds like. Three or six hours of my time, booked into your diary, spent on your list. No scoping, no proposal, no six week timeline for a set of Instagram templates.

Got a list of design jobs you keep moving to next week? This is for that.

Maybe there’s a launch coming. Maybe it’s the pitch deck that’s still the old one, the price list you made at midnight and have quietly hated ever since, or your email campaigns that converting how you want them to.

Every job on that list is too small to hire someone properly for and too fiddly to do yourself, so it sits there. A Design Day is the fix. You send the list, I tell you what fits, and then I make it.

Pricing

Paid in full to secure the date, because the day is too short to chase anything. Both tiers include the same handover.

Book a half day · 3 hours

£450

Got two or three things gathering dust rather than a whole list? Three hours is usually enough for one substantial piece or a handful of small ones. If it turns out your list is bigger than we thought, you can upgrade to a full day and just pay the difference.

  • 30 minute onboarding call

  • Three hours of design time, on your list and nothing else

  • Editable files, handed over before we finish

  • A short walkthrough of your files. How the templates work, what to change, what to leave alone. Recorded, so you can come back to it

Book a full day · 6 hours

£850

Six hours inside your brand. Enough for two or three substantial pieces, a launch’s worth of graphics, or a to-do list that’s been building since spring. Got more than a day’s worth? Book two, plenty of people do. Brand refreshes are +£300.

Four

The day

This is right for you if

You’ve got a list of design jobs that never make it to the top

You’ve got a brand already and you just need it applied properly

You’ve got a launch coming and you want the visuals to match it

You’ve worked with me before and want somewhere easy to send the next job

You want something made this month, not scoped over six weeks

This isn’t the right fit if

You haven’t got a brand identity yet. There’s nothing for a Design Day to apply. Start with a Brand Week

You want a whole new identity. A refresh fits in a day, a new brand doesn’t. That’s a Brand Week

You need a website building. That’s a Web Week, and it isn’t a day’s work

You want the lot. Brand, site and collateral together is a Brand Overhaul, and it’s £900 cheaper than booking the three separately

Not sure which one you need, or how many days your list is? Send me the list and I’ll tell you honestly, even if the answer is that you need less than you thought.

About me

Hi, I’m Emily.

Years ago a client of mine spent £20,000 on positioning and messaging with a big agency and they ended up barely using any of it, because nobody had shown them how to implement it. That gap, between what a studio hands over and what a founder can actually do with it, is the reason for how I help my clients.

I’ve been building brands for over five years across hospitality, skincare, coaching, fashion and food, with my clients having been featured in Forbes, Stylist, Grazia, The Times and Startups Magazine to name a few.

I’m a mum of two, building from Devon, but working with clients worldwide to help them fulfil their goals. I've learned what makes a brand actually work and now I want to use what I know to not only make your brand look great but make more impact and more money.

Questions

How do I know if my list is a half day or a full day?

What if we finish early?

What if we don’t finish?

Can I book two days together?

Do I need to be there?

What files do I get?

Do you write the copy?

Is this only for past clients?

What if I need to move my date?

Ready when you are.

No retainer, no contract that outlives the project, no proposal. Just a date in the diary and a list that finally gets done.

Not sure which day you need? Send me your list and I’ll tell you.
